The Kingside loan process starts with you. Upon submitting an online loan application (click “Apply Now”), or by phoning us directly at 1-866-392-HOME (4663), Kingside will process your application in less than 60 minutes using the following procedures:
1. Review:
We will review your application and call you with a quick decision, often within 60 minutes.
2. Approve:
If your application is approved (pending verification of the information you submitted), we'll calculate the loan amount to suit your needs and prepare a product comparison so you can select the best loan for you.
3. Verify:
We'll then assign you a loan advisor, who is accessible by e-mail or phone. The advisor will contact you to answer any questions. You provide us with written verification (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns) of the information you submitted in your application. We'll then order an appraisal of your home and prepare your loan for closing.
4. Close:
Depending on the loan type and jurisdiction regulations, we'll coordinate a Notary Public to sign the closing documents.
